We're representing a leading New England General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to support multifamily projects across Greater Boston. This role offers strong exposure to full lifecycle project delivery, working alongside experienced leadership on high-profile ground-up developments.

Description

  • Partner with the Lead Superintendent to manage the full project lifecycle
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance across all project phases
  • Oversee document control, submittals, and procurement tracking
  • Manage subcontractor compliance including contracts, insurance, and mobilization
  • Coordinate communication between Owner, Architect, and subcontractors
  • Lead buyout processes, scope development, and subcontractor negotiations
  • Manage project cost control, forecasting, and overall profitability
  • Lead change order processes and support scheduling, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture preferred)
  • Proven experience with ground-up, wood-framed multifamily projects
  • Strong understanding of project financials, buyout, and cost control
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong communication
  • Experience mentoring junior staff (APMs) is a plus
