We're representing a leading New England General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to support multifamily projects across Greater Boston. This role offers strong exposure to full lifecycle project delivery, working alongside experienced leadership on high-profile ground-up developments.

Description
- Partner with the Lead Superintendent to manage the full project lifecycle
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance across all project phases
- Oversee document control, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Manage subcontractor compliance including contracts, insurance, and mobilization
- Coordinate communication between Owner, Architect, and subcontractors
- Lead buyout processes, scope development, and subcontractor negotiations
- Manage project cost control, forecasting, and overall profitability
- Lead change order processes and support scheduling, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture preferred)
- Proven experience with ground-up, wood-framed multifamily projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, buyout, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong communication
- Experience mentoring junior staff (APMs) is a plus
