Project Manager-Multifamily/Commercial Construction-Raleigh

A growing, nationally recognized general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily & Commercial construction projects in the Raleigh market. Description

• Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution plans
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively throughout the project life cycle
• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and communication to leadership
• Drive job site performance and accountability across all phases of construction

Profile

• 8-10+ years of PM experience in ground-up multifamily builds.
• Multifamily experience required on projects $40M+
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
• Effective leader with experience overseeing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges on complex projects
• Ability to take full ownership and drive successful project outcomes
