They have several high profile projects coming up in their pipeline and are looking for an experienced PM to join their team, lead on projects, and work in tandem with the leadership team as they continue to scale their business. My client has an excellent reputation in the Indianapolis market, and a very strong backlog of projects.Job DescriptionManaging ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnoverSuccessfully lead construction projects valued over $20MDelivering on time and within budget projects for multifamily clients across IndianapolisCreate and maintain the master scheduleAssist in preconstruction planningOversee an Assistant Project Manager and delegate tasksWork alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projectsThe Successful Applicant5+ years working on multifamily projectsBS Degree in relevant field required.Land development experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.Ground-up wood frame multi-family experience required.Familiarity with ProcoreWhat's On OfferBase salary: $110k-140K, based upon level of experienceGreat benefits package - dental, health, vision, life3-4 weeks PTOMonthly car allowance or truck provided
