They operate in a flat, accountable structure that emphasizes ownership, field involvement, and collaboration.Job DescriptionProject Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through completion, for a multiple-building developmentSchedule Management: Oversee budgets, contracts, and scheduling, ensuring financial and timeline targets are achievedTeam Leadership: Coordinate extensively with municipal agencies, consultants, and internal teams due to project complexitySafety Compliance: Ensure all project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are metDocumentation: Maintain strong project documentation and reporting, leveraging tools like Procore and BluebeamQuality Control: Act as a key point of accountability, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolutionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
