Multifamily Construction Project Manager

The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:

1. Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
3. Administer contracts with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers
4. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
5. Develop and maintain project schedules while communicating updates to project stakeholders
6. Coordinate and oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
7. Manage procurement activities and subcontractor buyout processes
8. Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and applicable regulations
9. Review and approve pay applications, invoices, and subcontractor requisitions
10. Drive quality assurance and quality control initiatives throughout construction
11. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project objectives
12. Coordinate project turnover, closeout documentation, and warranty activities
13. Work closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution

The Multifamily Construction Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects valued at $5 million or greater
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Experience with project management and construction software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
