Multifamily Construction Project ManagerThe Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutEstablish and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendorsAdminister contracts with owners, subcontractors, and suppliersManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingDevelop and maintain project schedules while communicating updates to project stakeholdersCoordinate and oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationManage procurement activities and subcontractor buyout processesEnsure compliance with permits, inspections, and applicable regulationsReview and approve pay applications, invoices, and subcontractor requisitionsDrive quality assurance and quality control initiatives throughout constructionIdentify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project objectivesCoordinate project turnover, closeout documentation, and warranty activitiesWork closely with field leadership to ensure successful project executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
