Job TitleLead multifamily construction project managerAbout Our ClientOur client is a family-owned general contractor with headquarters in Minnesota and multiple offices across the United States. With approximately 350-400 employees nationwide, they specialize in multifamily construction, delivering affordable, market-rate, luxury, and build-to-rent communities. The Florida division is based in Tampa and has an established presence throughout the Central Florida market. The team typically manages 4-8 active projects at a time, with project values ranging from $40M-$60M and durations between 18-36 months.Job DescriptionLead the financial and operational management of ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement strategies. Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiations, and overall project execution. Partner closely with superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams. Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Construction-related degree preferred but not required. Demonstrated career stability with a strong tenure history.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range, approximately $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
