Key responsibilities include:Manage multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDrive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution effortsLead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholdersCreate and maintain detailed project schedules and financial forecastsMonitor budgets, costs, contingency usage, and project profitabilityManage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationCoordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activitiesDeliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsRun regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholdersThe Successful ApplicantWhat We're Looking For:Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project ManagerSuccessfully led at least 1-2 construction projects from start to completionExperience with multifamily construction, mixed-use construction, or comparable commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administrationExperience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teamsAbility to analyze project financials and manage project costs effectivelyWhat's on OfferOn Offer for the Sr. Project Manager:Competitive base salary depending on experienceProject door turn bonusStrong benefits package - Dental, Health, Vision, 401(K)4 weeks PTOWork in tandem with leadership and executive teamOpportunity to work on cool luxury projects
