Description

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily & hospitality construction projects from precon to closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Profile

The candidate should be an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a background in multifamily construction. They should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be confident managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors from start to finish.
