Description

* Lead all phases of a $70M ground-up high-rise project from mobilization through closeout

* Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies

* Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Oversee change orders, procurement, cost reporting, and project documentation

* Ensure project goals for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction are achieved

Profile

* 5-10+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor

* Experience delivering ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, condominium, or hospitality projects

* Strong background managing projects valued at $30M+

* Proven leadership of owners, consultants, and subcontractor teams

* Excellent communication, scheduling, and financial management skills

Job Offer

Salary: $130,000-$150,000 base salary
