The company is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking through turnover. Projects range from $20M-$100M in value and include market-rate, luxury, and mixed-use developments.

Description
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Coordinate entitlement, permitting, and municipal approvals.
- Oversee procurement and long-lead material tracking.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Administer change order management.
- Facilitate owner and stakeholder meetings.
- Track project costs and forecast financial outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Manage closeout and warranty processes.
Profile
- 7+ years of construction management experience.
- Proven experience managing multifamily projects.
- Strong leadership and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and mixed-use construction.
- Experience using Procore and project scheduling software.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
