Manage the day-to-day delivery of a 200+ unit, 3-5 storey mixed-use development in Charleston. Take ownership of project execution from preconstruction and mobilisation through construction, closeout and turnover. Coordinate subcontractors, project teams and key stakeholders to maintain schedule, quality and project objectives. Drive issues to resolution quickly and resourcefully, identifying solutions before challenges affect delivery. Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement and overall construction progress. Maintain high standards for quality, safety and operational execution throughout the project. Build strong working relationships with field teams, subcontractors, ownership and project partners. Communicate project status, risks and priorities clearly to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders. Provide confident leadership while maintaining a professional, collaborative approach. Report directly to the Project Executive and work closely with an experienced construction leadership team.

Strong Project Manager-level experience within ground-up multifamily construction. Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale wood-frame multifamily projects. Experience with mixed-use or similarly complex residential developments is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets and competing project priorities. Highly driven and resourceful, with a strong bias towards action and getting things done. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to hold teams accountable while building productive relationships. Polished, credible and comfortable communicating across field, project and executive-level teams. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving construction environment and proactively solve problems.
Strong compensation: Earn up to $165K base, plus a guaranteed quarterly bonus.
