Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, contracts, change orders, and payment applications
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain project schedules and resolve issues
- Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and project coordination meetings
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, documentation, and project controls
- Monitor project costs and identify potential budget or schedule impacts early
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover
- Help mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers as the team continues to grow
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong preference for experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential construction
- Experience managing projects in the Philadelphia market is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and project documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both field and office teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
