Based on its track record and portfolio scale, it has been operating for roughly a few decades and has built significant experience in multifamily-focused projects.Job DescriptionEnsure the project stays on schedule. Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring the project remains within financial limits. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
