Multifamily Construction Project ManagerThis organization is a full-service general contractor specializing in third-party multifamily renovations throughout the East Coast. With approximately 20+ employees and annual revenue around $40M, the company focuses on Class B apartment renovations, delivering consistent results for institutional owners. The Multifamily Construction Project Manager plays a critical role in executing renovation scopes, maintaining owner relationships, and upholding quality standards. The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership known for its strong market reputation and hands-on approach.The Multifamily Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing renovation projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.Plan, direct, and coordinate multifamily renovation projects across multiple sitesManage subcontractors, site operations, inspections, and quality controlOversee projects including interior unit renovations, roofs, balconies, exteriors, amenities, and clubhousesCoordinate exterior scopes such as repainting, waterproofing, structural repairs, and window/door replacementsPerform detailed material take-offs and manage line-item project budgetsTrack schedules, change orders, and due diligence activitiesEnsure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and safety standardsCommunicate project progress, risks, and updates to owners and internal leadershipWork with suppliers and trade partners to schedule and track material deliveriesUtilize RedTeam and standard construction software to manage project documentationOperate independently while maintaining accountability across multiple projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
