Are you a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget? We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a rich background in Mixed-Use Construction.

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing various construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for construction management. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our projects are executed effectively and efficiently, in line with our company's high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources, and ensure their successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and manage any unforeseen issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and all stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field PREFFERED NOT REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Mixed-Use Construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality control.
