Project Manager

Kforce's client in Naperville, IL is seeking a mid-level Project Manager with strong Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience to support a long-term HR technology initiative. This individual will manage key projects focused on the integration, optimization, and enhancement of recruiting technology and related HR systems. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technology projects within a Talent Acquisition or HR systems environment and be comfortable working across business, technical, and vendor teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the broader HR technology ecosystem
• Lead technology integration and implementation initiatives within the recruiting and HR systems environment
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors throughout project execution
• Drive projects through planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, priorities, and action items to stakeholders
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, scope, and deliverables
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting technology processes, integrations, and overall system effectiveness

Requirements:

• Mid-level Project Management experience with a proven track record of successfully managing technology or HR systems projects
• Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience managing projects within a Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR technology environment
• Experience managing cross-functional technology projects involving business and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, testing, implementation, and change management
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Experience working effectively with technical teams, business partners, and third-party vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ATS integrations and recruiting technology ecosystems
• Experience working with HR technology platforms and enterprise applications
• Experience managing system implementations, integrations, or technology enhancements
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and technology partners
• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition processes and recruiting technology workflows
