A growing national construction management / general contracting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position is based out of our Pinellas County, Florida office, managing commercial tenant build-out projects across the United States.We specialize in fast-paced retail and commercial environments, with project values ranging from $5,000 to $3,000,000. What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
• Take projects from concept through design, estimating, buyout, permitting, and construction
• Coordinate with clients, landlords, municipalities, and subcontractors across multiple markets
• Utilize Procore construction management software, Smartsheets, Dropbox, and Excel spreadsheets
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Support and coordinate on-site supervision and field operations
• Provide ongoing property services coordination and support for existing clients across multiple locations
• Drive schedules, solve problems, and make decisions daily

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing commercial construction projects preferred
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
