Project Manager - National Design/Build Firm - Charlotte

A respected commercial construction and development firm is seeking a Project Manager or exceptional Assistant Project Manager to support its expanding Charlotte operations. Description

• Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
• Proactively manage risks and implement solutions to overcome project challenges.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• • Project Manager experience, or a strong Assistant Project Manager ready for the next step.
  • 5+ Years Commercial Construction Experience
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Charlotte construction market and local subcontractor community.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Design-build and estimating experience is highly valued.
  • Team-oriented professional with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and adaptability are essential.
