Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager required to join a leading national MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) contractor in New Albany, Ohio.

The successful Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager will oversee and manage a team of established Project Managers, Project Engineers and subcontractors with the construction of a data center.

The ideal Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager will have expereince in major construction development projects, hyperscale or data center projects.

Package:

$130,000 - $150,000 salary

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams from initiation through completion
Facilitate strategic planning meetings with internal stakeholders and clients
Take accountability for safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction
Oversee and manage budgets across multiple concurrent projects
Identify risks, allocate resources effectively, and drive profitability
Mentor junior project engineers and managers, supporting onboarding and development
Communicate training needs and succession planning insights to leadership
Travel occasionally as project demands require

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager Requirements:

5–7 years of project engineering or project management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline or related field
Demonstrated success managing large, technically complex construction projects
Strong financial acumen and budget management capability
Excellent communication and leadership skills
