Description
Project ManagerLead all aspects of a large-scale casino construction project in Petersburg, VA. Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project execution. Coordinate with owners, design teams, field personnel, and key stakeholders. Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee construction operations for a complex, ground-up development. Drive quality control, risk management, and project reporting efforts. Support and mentor project teams while maintaining a collaborative work environment. Represent the company professionally throughout all phases of construction. The Project Manager will play a critical leadership role in project success. Casino, hospitality, entertainment, or large commercial project experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to successfully manage complex construction projects from start to finish. Large new construction experience strongly preferred.Base salary: $115,000 - $140,000. Bonus potential.
