Project Manager
A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost constraints.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved.
- Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the project.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with managing construction projects in the property sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Life sciences experience required.
