Project Manager

Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives across multiple countries and business units.
• The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, technology partners, and business stakeholders to ensure timely implementation, successful go-live, and stable post-production support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
• Experience delivering regulatory, tax, compliance, financial controls, or enterprise technology programs.
• Proven experience managing multi-country or international regulatory implementations with fixed deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, including RAID logs, decision logs, milestones, dependencies, readiness gates, and executive reporting.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, Big 4 firms, or systems integration partners.
• Working knowledge of finance, tax, ERP, or regulatory reporting systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred/required.
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

 Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation planning for new regulatory reporting and compliance mandates.
• Coordinate discovery, regulatory applicability assessments, requirements, design, testing, go-live, and transition to production.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Tax, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, vendors, and country teams.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and readiness criteria.
• Drive resolution of project issues and escalate critical risks to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor and technology partners throughout implementation.
• Establish and manage post-production support, including issue intake, triage, ownership, escalation, and resolution.
• Assess production issues for business and regulatory impact and coordinate root-cause resolution.
• Maintain accurate and auditable project documentation and executive status reporting.
• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future regulatory implementations and production stability.
