Project ManagerManage Construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates on project progress. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and internal teams. In-depth knowledge of Construction processes, industry standards, and compliance requirements. A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Business, or Engineering.Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000.
