Rate Range: $90-$100/Hr



Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for driving project execution from initiation through closure while ensuring alignment to organizational goals, governance standards, delivery timelines, budget expectations, and quality objectives.
  • The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with strong executive communication skills, deep knowledge of PMI project management practices, and proven experience coordinating across multiple workstreams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale, enterprise initiatives with multiple dependent workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain project governance aligned to PMI standards and organizational delivery practices.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, budgets, resource plans, and delivery reporting.
  • Facilitate coordination across business, product, engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and vendor teams.
  • Conduct ongoing project health inspections to proactively identify delivery risks, schedule variances, resource constraints, and dependency conflicts.
  • Monitor and control project execution to ensure scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Drive accountability for project deliverables, milestones, and action items across all participating teams.
  • Prepare and present executive-level status reporting on a weekly cadence, including delivery health, accomplishments, risks, mitigations, financials, and strategic impacts.
  • Lead stakeholder communication and escalation management across executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Support change management, prioritization discussions, and decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project documentation, governance artifacts, and reporting remain accurate, current, and audit-ready.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional working sessions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience leading initiatives involving multiple teams, dependencies, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across parallel workstreams.
  • Experience with project monitoring and controlling processes, including schedule management, risk management, issue management, and project health assessment.
  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership on a recurring basis.
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, work tracking, delivery coordination, dashboards, reporting, and release visibility.
  • Experience managing project deliverables, milestones, and dependency tracking across technical and business teams.
  • Proficiency with enterprise project management and collaboration tools including:
  • Azure DevOps
  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for demand management, intake processes, change management, incident coordination, or portfolio tracking preferred.
  • Experience within large-scale technology, software development, infrastructure, or transformation programs.
  • Experience operating within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with SDLC governance, portfolio reporting, and enterprise PMO practices.
  • Experience supporting executive steering committees and strategic program reviews.
