We're growing,and we're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on complexity, collaboration, and delivering world-class automation solutions.
The Opportunity
This is more than a project management role, it's an opportunity to own the full project lifecycle.
From initial concept and proposal development through to delivery, testing, and final handover, you'll lead high-value automation and material handling projects ranging from $100K to $10M, typically delivered within 6 weeks to 9 months.
You'll be the driving force behind successful project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at every stage.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual, budget, and timeline requirements
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and documentation
- Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage change orders, and maintain project health
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Support and lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
- Drive smooth project close-outs, including punch list management and documentation
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships
- Conduct post-project reviews and help shape continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
You're a confident, proactive Project Manager who can balance technical delivery with customer engagement.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing project management role
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects
- Strong knowledge of MS Office & MS Project
- Excellent planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel ~20%
Highly Desirable:
- Experience in automation, OEM, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Visual Manufacturing)
- Background in construction project management
