Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee masonry projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to our high standards. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as a hands-on understanding of construction processes.
You’ll work closely with the owner, office, crew, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly and maintain the reputation Catania Masonry is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage masonry projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate daily schedules, crew assignments, and equipment needs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively
- Maintain project documentation, including budgets, change orders, and reports
- Collaborate with the owner to improve processes and workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Represent Catania Masonry with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or masonry project management (preferred)
- Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment
- Valid driver’s license
