We are seeking a Site Leader / Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the radiopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This individual will lead large-scale equipment installation projects, acting as the bridge between the customer and internal teams to ensure successful delivery from planning through commissioning.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will manage complex, long-term projects and play a critical role in supporting the production of nuclear medicine.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for 2–3 major client accounts
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning through installation and startup
  • Oversee on-site installation activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, service, and contractors
  • Manage customer relationships, including high-pressure situations and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and site requirements
  • Support commissioning, validation, and turnover of equipment
What We’re Looking For

Required:
  • Proven experience managing demanding, customer-facing projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure client interactions
  • Experience leading projects involving equipment installation, commissioning, or startup
Preferred:
  • Project management experience with external clients
  • Site leadership experience in industrial or construction environments
  • Familiarity with GMP or regulated environments
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of automation systems (PLC, controls, industrial equipment)
  • Knowledge of OSHA and site safety practices
