Job Description

Summary:

  • Location: Washington, DC
  • Duration: 3 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Review, schedule, assign, and traffic creative and paid advertising requests, ensuring timely delivery with required content and assets.
  • Collaborate with the internal Creative Services team to manage design resources and assignments for various projects.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for creative and media requests supporting national programs, campaigns, events, and local initiatives managed by company state offices.
  • Assess projects to ensure requests are complete, timelines are appropriate, and additional consultation is provided if necessary.
  • Troubleshoot to secure additional information, provide recommendations, refer to colleagues for expertise, and negotiate timelines.
  • Partner with the Creative Services team to determine project complexity and schedule assignments according to resource availability.
  • Review paid advertising and sponsorship requests to confirm information completeness before media processing.
  • Track project flow to ensure timely completion and provide superior customer support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline project workflows.
  • Traffic final artwork to media outlets, confirming assets meet final delivery specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a studio, agency, or in-house department supporting high-volume creative development.
  • Knowledge of creative production, design complexity, and resource management experience.
  • Experience using workflow tools and troubleshooting system questions/problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work for on-time delivery.
  • Strong project/time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent judgment to analyze problems, assess solutions, and make decisions to keep projects moving.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong client service orientation.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn internal processing/tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills for collaborative work across multiple teams and personalities.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
