Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionLead and manage industrial manufacturing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, procurement, and operations. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet business objectives. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and schedule delays. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Oversee equipment installations, process improvements, facility upgrades, and capital projects. Track project costs and financial performance, providing regular status reports to leadership. Facilitate meetings, communicate project milestones, and maintain accurate project documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.The Successful ApplicantProven experience managing manufacturing, industrial, construction, or capital improvement projects from planning through completion. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project success. Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks. Experience overseeing equipment installations, production improvements, process optimization, or facility-related projects. Knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety regulations, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Results-driven professional with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training is considered an asset.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range depending upon experience.
