Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team and lead a variety of office interior projects throughout all phases of design and construction. This individual will play a key role in managing project teams, coordinating consultants and client communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate interiors, proven experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to confidently manage both internal teams and client relationships. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing office interior projects from programming and design through construction administration
  • Coordinating project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Leading communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Overseeing project documentation and quality control
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff members
  • Assisting with production work and construction document preparation as needed
  • Ensuring projects meet client expectations, design intent, and technical requirements
