Project Manager Operations (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Involvement in series and pre-series projects
• Project-related management of the employees in the Planning and Control department
• Responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines as well as risk management in the Operations department
• Supervision of the time and quantity structure in quotation and order discussion
• Planning the set-up of production processes
• Scheduling of relevant milestones
• Preparation of project status reports, proposals for action and risk reports
• Regular coordination of work packages in the Operations sub-project team

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable field of study
• Certification of project manager is advantageous
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Willingness to business travel
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian
