Project Manager-Orlando-Construction

Job Description
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively to maintain timelines.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on the construction site.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
