Our client is a leading architectural firm specializing in innovative design and efficient project execution. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team and lead complex projects from inception to completion in Orlando with experience with retail and finance project experience.
Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Manager with 9+ years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit, Construction Drawings, and Presentation skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline constraints
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to ensure project goals are met
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Utilize Revit and other relevant software to create, review, and manage construction drawings and project documentation
Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
9+ years of experience in project management within the architecture industry
Experience in the financial and retail industry
Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to create, modify, and review complex construction drawings
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and industry standards
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from concept to completion
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in office 4 days a week in Orlando and 1 remote
