What You'll Do
In the Project Manager Outside Sales position, you'll guide homeowners through the roofing restoration process from the initial inspection to project completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and storm restoration opportunities
- Conduct roof, siding, and gutter inspections
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and replacement options
- Prepare estimates and present solutions
- Close sales and execute contracts
- Manage customer relationships throughout the entire project
- Coordinate with production and office teams to ensure successful project completion
- Collect payments and maintain accurate project documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after installation
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements:
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a desire to earn a high income
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a door-to-door sales environment
- Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
