Job Description
- Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to address project needs.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing property construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
