Act as the primary Owner's Representative across multiple projects

Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets from start to finish

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Lead procurement processes, including RFPs/RFQs and contract negotiations

Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across teams

Maintain full project documentation and reporting

Review and approve invoices, change orders, and financial tracking

Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships

Support business development and project pursuits

5+ years of experience in construction project management or related field

Background in owner's representation, general contracting, or development

Strong understanding of full project lifecycle (design, build, closeout)

Experience working across multiple sectors (generalist mindset required)

Ability to interpret drawings and manage technical documentation

Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience

Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with project tools preferred

Relevant degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or similar

PMP/CCM (or willingness to work toward certification) preferred
