Project ManagerOur client is a boutique Owner's Representative firm who partner's closely with institutional owners, developers, and corporate tenants to manage complex projects from concept through completion-ensuring design excellence, cost control, and seamless execution.Job DescriptionProject Management & ExecutionManage all phases of commercial interior projects, from pre-construction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting toolsOversee design development, construction documentation, procurement, and construction activitiesTrack project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or issuesClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignmentCoordinate with landlords, tenants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendorsFacilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersRepresent owner interests in all decision-making processesFinancial OversightDevelop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and cash flow projectionsReview and approve invoices, change orders, and contractor pay applicationsMonitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions as neededConstruction OversightOversee general contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to plansConduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and complianceReview RFIs, submittals, and change orders with the project teamEnsure projects meet Class A building standards and client expectationsQuality & CloseoutLead punch list and project closeout processesEnsure proper documentation, commissioning, and handoverMaintain a high standard of design and execution throughout all phasesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
