Job Description:
We're looking for someone to take ownership of our IT project pipeline — right now that means a mix of infrastructure work, a couple of internal app rollouts, and one ERP migration that's been on the roadmap for a while.
What you'll actually be doing
You'll own 3-5 projects at a time, ranging from quick infrastructure upgrades to longer implementations that touch multiple departments. Day to day looks like running standups, chasing down blockers before they become fires, translating between engineering and business stakeholders who don't always speak the same language, and keeping leadership updated without burying them in detail they don't need.
What we need
5+ years running IT projects, not just coordinating them
Real hands-on experience with Jira and either MS Project or Smartsheet — we're not going to train you on the basics
You've worked in both Agile and Waterfall environments and know when to use which (or blend them)
You can read a budget and know when a project is quietly going off the rails financially
You've managed at least one vendor relationship where things didn't go smoothly, and you handled it
Nice to have, not dealbreakers
PMP or CSM certification
Exposure to Azure or AWS environments
ERP implementation experience (we use NetSuite, happy to train on our specific setup)
