Seeking a Project Manager with a strong technical packaging background to support customer programs and internal initiatives across its operations in North America.

Description

The Project Manager will oversee multiple packaging projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, technical requirements, cost targets, and customer expectations are met. The position is hybrid, with a mix of onsite collaboration and remote work, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, manufacturing‑driven environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management for packaging programs, from initial customer request through production launch
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, production, quality, procurement, and sales) to execute projects on time and within scope
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Support customer onboarding, new product development, line trials, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Track and report project status, issues, and deliverables to internal leadership and customers
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within project workflows

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a technical industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials and processes
  • Experience working in or closely with manufacturing operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with customers in a technical capacity
  • Proficiency with project management tools and ERP systems
