Project Manager

Our client, a leader in digital hardware installation services, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Digital Hardware Installation Program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Palmetto, FL - Remote

Pay Range: $28.00/hr. - $33.00/hr.

What's the Job?

• Manage digital hardware installation programs for multiple clients, ensuring strategic planning and effective project execution.
• Coordinate with sales and account management teams to establish and adhere to implementation timelines.
• Oversee project interdependencies, resource allocation, and budget management to maximize ROI.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation and facilitate stakeholder communication, negotiations, and problem-solving efforts.

What's Needed?

• Expert-level knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
• Strong budget, cost, and profitability management skills.
• Experience with resource management tools and multi-goal prioritization.
• Ability to mentor team members and transfer expertise effectively.
• Technical aptitude related to POS, Digital, Kiosk, Networks, and Drive-Thru systems, along with CRM and ticketing/field service software experience.
