5+ years of Project management / Customer engagement experience
Understand Business Process & Robotic Process Automation (RPA)/Artificial Intelligence (AI) opportunity in detail
Take a lead on opportunity assessments and business reviews
Drive regular project meetings, ensure adherence to project milestones
Track risks/issues and escalate as needed to senior management
Manage discussions with application owners for application access ahead of time and follow up till closure
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
Proven project management experience, including the use of project plans, issue logs, Jira etc.
Strong skills in Microsoft office suite required (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project
Working knowledge of RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Uipath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate)
Experience in Agile/Scrum project management methodology will be a big plus
Experience in presenting reports/ key messages to senior stakeholders, status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items) to the working group
Experience in managing globally distributed teams and multiple projects running simultaneously
Establish working relationships and routinely interface with: project sponsors, business stakeholders & technology partners
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
