Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Business Office. In this role, you will manage and advance a variety of strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and support the departmentâ€s mission. Primary duties include:

•\tCoordinating and implementing program and project activities, such as assessments, organizational changes, and process improvement initiatives.

•\tDeveloping program and project materials, including SOPs, templates, presentations, website content, and social media content.

•\tAssisting with the implementation and development of new processes, systems, and dashboards.

•\tCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Salary Range: $70,900.00/year - $145,200.00/year

Job Qualifications

•\tMinimum of 4 years of professional experience in project/program coordination, process improvement initiatives, and/or implementing new processes and systems.

•\tExperience with project management tools, such as Gannt Charts, Project Charters, is highly desirable.

•\tBachelorâ€s degree is preferred.
