Project ManagerOpportunity to lead $100M+ MTA infrastructure projectsDynamic team, strong compensation & long-term pipelineOur client is a leading general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality MTA construction projects across New York City. Their work typically ranges from $50M to $100M+ and consists of complex, multi-year infrastructure builds. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager with an active PE license to take ownership of major transit-focused civil projects. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear path toward senior leadership.Manage daily execution of large-scale MTA construction projects from start to finishOversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk managementLead coordination between field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholdersEnsure all work aligns with engineering standards and PE requirementsMonitor and enforce safety regulations and project compliance standardsConduct regular site visits and progress reviews to ensure quality and schedule adherenceServe as the primary point of contact for owners, agencies, and clientsManage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materialsPrepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and cost trackingProactively resolve project challenges and mitigate risksMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
