As Project Manager, you''ll drive major initiatives such as cloud modernization, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, and operational technology projects-working closely with senior leaders to deliver meaningful business results and modernize the organization.

What You'll Do

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.

• Execution Excellence: Drive project success through effective risk management, planning, governance, and accountability.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with operations, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate external partners and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and timely issue resolution.

• Portfolio Optimization: Support project prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

What You Offer

• Proven Delivery: 5+ years of experience successfully leading IT, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology projects.

• Execution Focus: Strong ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.

• Communication Skills: Confident presenting to executives, facilitating decisions, and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and partners.

• Technical Foundation: PMP preferred; Agile, ITIL, SAFe, manufacturing, or industrial environment experience considered an asset.
