Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pender, NE. This role oversees construction projects from planning through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The Project Manager coordinates with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress, resolving issues, managing risks, leading project meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves enforcing safety and compliance requirements, supporting continuous improvement of processes, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.\n
