    Description

    Position at CMI Media Group

    The Opportunity
Lead the end-to-end orchestration of pharmaceutical media projects that deliver on time, within scope, and on budget. You will turn complexity into clarity—aligning teams, partners, and creative to launch work that performs. Using Wrike and data-rich dashboards, you’ll drive transparency, de-risk delivery, and help clients see progress and outcomes in real time.
    What You’ll Do
    • Build critical-path plans in Wrike and keep campaigns on schedule by managing dependencies, owners, and automated updates.
    • Stand up client status dashboards that auto-refresh and anchor bi-weekly conversations in metrics, risks, and decisions.
    • Coordinate custom programs with partners and creative teams; maintain SOPs and asset libraries to enable smooth go-lives.
    • Administer and optimize reporting and SOW timelines to keep inputs, approvals, and deliverables flowing.
    • Proactively manage RAIDs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies); escalate early with clear options and impact.
    • Lead post-launch reviews and pull through process improvements across future work.
    What You’ll Bring
    • 2–4 years managing multiple projects end-to-end in a media/advertising or pharma-adjacent environment.
    • Wrike expertise (timelines, dashboards, automations) and fluency with Microsoft Office.
    • Working knowledge of Agile/Waterfall and when to apply each.
    • Data literacy to read status KPIs and forecast schedule/budget health.
    • Clear, concise communication; strong stakeholder influence across internal teams, partners, and clients.
