An established commercial real estate organisation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and tenant fit-out projects across the Greater Philadelphia market. Description

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
• Lead commercial tenant fit-out projects.
• Coordinate general contractors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the construction process.
• Serve as a professional, client-facing representative of the organisation.
• Partner with senior development and project leadership.
• Help identify and resolve project issues to keep work moving forward.

Profile

• Commercial construction or real estate project management background.
• Experience working for or closely with a general contractor.
• Strong tenant fit-out experience preferred.
• Hospitality/hotel construction exposure would be advantageous.
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects.
• Highly personable with strong client-facing communication skills.
• Adaptable, organised and able to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Career-minded candidate interested in long-term advancement.

Job Offer

• Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000 base, with flexibility for the right candidate.
• Bonus: 10%.
