Building And Construction Project Manager
As the Building and Construction Project Manager, you will:
- Manage multiple construction projects from inception through completion.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Review contracts, project plans, and specifications.
- Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and project buyout activities.
- Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Oversee project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and closeout processes.
The ideal Building and Construction Project Manager candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Results-driven approach with a commitment to quality and safety.
