Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Coordinate with recruiting and resource management teams to source, onboard, and retain qualified IT professionals.
- Oversee resource allocation and staffing plans to meet business and technology needs.
- Monitor consultant performance and address issues proactively with HR and management.
- Conduct regular status meetings and service delivery assessments.
- Track and report key performance metrics and service quality indicators.
- Support workforce planning and retention initiatives to maintain a qualified talent pipeline.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for staffing and service delivery issues.
Requirements
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering staffing solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor compliance, safety standards, and workforce scheduling practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits and workforce management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- US Citizenship required.

- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., JobDiva, Bullhorn).
Work Hours: 07:00 am - 12:00 am, should be available on call 24/7.
