Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionResponsible for creating and maintaining project budget with respective cost codes. Develop and train Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers. Review all project RFI's and provide recommendations of options to the architect. Develop and maintain project schedule and lead all change requests. Proven track record of leading subcontractor project meetings. Facilitate communication and coordination of subcontractors. Support business development efforts by maintaining a positive client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure quality and drive implementation of project safety plan. Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables. Manage buy-out and project closeout processes.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience. Over 7 years of experience in construction, with a history of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with multifamily projects. Knowledgeable in skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems. Proficient in commercial construction technology and details, with the ability to review and understand all construction documents, including specifications and drawings. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.What's on OfferMarket competitive salary up to $150k.
